All services offered by Pratham Global Consulting, including but not limited to consultation calls and resume writing, require full payment in advance.

No service will be initiated until the payment has been successfully received.

All payments made are strictly non-refundable.

Once a consultation is booked or a resume service has been initiated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of mind 
• Delay in scheduling 
• Dissatisfaction after service delivery

Clients may experience a waiting period ranging from 2 days to 2 weeks depending on demand and scheduling constraints.

While we strive to accommodate preferred time slots, we do not guarantee immediate availability.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in:

• Cancellation of the service 
• No refund eligibility

• Outcomes related to job applications, admissions, or visa approvals 
• Actions or decisions taken by third-party organizations, institutions, or authorities 

All final decisions remain solely with the respective institutions or governing bodies.

All content, materials, and documents provided during the service, including resumes and consultation insights, are intended for personal use only.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
